Welcome to the DEMO Survey!

We are on a journey to create a workplace that encourages success! A critical component of creating this culture is building a business you recognize as being a great place to work and one that provides you with challenge and recognition. We want to build a thriving and successful business that provides motivation and satisfaction. In order to do so we need to assess how we are doing and understand your thoughts, views and feelings.

We have developed this survey with questions to provide you with an opportunity to anonymously rate many facets of our company. The survey will assess what you value most in your employment with us and allow you to make positive suggestions for improvement.

To ensure your anonymity, the survey is being hosted by an external organization, Tell Our Team, a division of research company CX Orlando. You will not be required to identify yourself. We want to be very clear that we will not be able to attribute this data to any specific individual and it is not our intention to do so.

We encourage everyone to complete the survey. Please be honest, constructive, and thoughtful in your input. The survey is designed to help us understand more about your thoughts and needs as we continually strive to make DEMO a great company to be a part of.

The results of this survey will be used to help drive our future success. We will report back to all Associates once the study is complete on what we have learned from the survey. If you have any questions about the process along the way, please contact your department’s General Manager

Instructions:
Please complete the items below and press the submit button at the end of the survey.
1. Your login is anonymously selected. Neither DEMO nor Tell Our Team/CX Orlando knows who is submitting a questionnaire.
2. The survey will take about 30-35 minutes to complete. You may want to login before you complete the survey to look at the questions in advance. But when you actually answer the survey, you must do so completely in one setting. You cannot return to your input and edit your answers after you have submitted them, and you are unable to save partially completed answers.
3. Please be honest and constructive in your answers.
4. Please complete all questions and contribute to the open questions with candid thoughts, though please try to be brief and to the point in your responses.
5. It is helpful for you to further explain any questions that you mark Somewhat Disagree or Strongly Disagree so that we can understand better why you feel that way in the box at the end each section.
6. Do not submit a false response. Doing so will only damage our ability to get valuable results from the survey.
